严志,男,博士,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。经山西师范大学与中国科学技术大学联合培养,于2022年获山西师范大学博士学位,同年留校任教,担任本科生《材料物理导论》、《普通物理》课程的教学工作。主要从事低维纳米材料的量子输运以及拓扑性质的理论研究,其中包括自旋极化的电子输运性质,铁磁/铁电/多铁隧道结以及量子反常霍尔效应。另外也从事SmCo基稀土永磁材料磁性能的理论研究。已在Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., Mater. Horiz., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Sci. China Mater., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.等国际著名期刊发表SCI学术论文20余篇,现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山西省基础研究计划青年项目各1项,作为课题骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划项目1项,作为课题负责人参与山西省重点研发计划项目1项。长期担任Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Phys. Rev. Appl.等期刊审稿人。
